Today I have been reading articles on Kiwi Kids News. I read an article called Moose Bursts into Classroom. It is about a wild moose who bursts in a classroom in Saskatchewan, Canada. This term we are learning about persuasive writing. The purpose of persuasive writing is to change someones opinion or what they believe. We started to make a planner to organise our ideas and then we put them on a jamboard. We had to add the ideas into a hamburger plan and select an idea off the persuasive writing book and write why or not we agree with the statement.

Last term we were learning about the arts which includes music, drama and dance. We also made a slideshow about the arts. We also had to watch videos to learn about music, drama and dance.
We also had to learn about dancing and music and drama. We learnt about music notes and dancing. Our teacher put us in random groups and gave us some words to dance to. We had to dance the moves or do the moves differently.

In reading W.A.L.T… I need to use prior knowledge and knowledge gained from texts I read to learn about water safety. Our reading group gryffindor have been learning about water safety. I know I can be safe in the water by wearing a life jacket or wearing floaties or maybe suncreen. Don't forget to ask an adult to come with you or tell a family member where you're going and when you are coming back to be safe.What I could do to improve is add some more detail.
